Hi everyone, this is your monthly market report for Vero Beach for April 2023.
Let’s start on Vero’s barrier island. The median sale price was $950,000, which is an 8% increase from the year prior. The number of closings was 55 which is about the same from last year. Overall activity this year has been plateauing and values have remained stable.
On Vero Beach’s mainland, the median sale price was $338,000 which is basically flat from last’s $343,000. The number of closings was 178 which is down 26%. The higher interest rates are causing many homeowners to prefer to stay in place to hold intact their lower interest rate.
