Vero Beach February 2023 Market Report
This report is comparing February of this year to February 2022. On Vero’s barrier island, the median sale price was $735,000 which is down 18% from last year. The number of closings was 33, which is down 37%. That is the more of the glass half empty news.
Here is the glass half full news, there are 151 listings under contract or pending meaning they will close over March and April setting us up for strong sales data. For perspective, this is almost as many closings that have spanned over the past 6 months, meaning this season can still be very robust.
On Vero’s mainland, the median sale price was $335,000 which was up 16% from last year. The number of closings was 119 which is down 28% from last year.
